Welcome to my little space on the internet where I have finally combined everything I do into one place!
I am a trained and licensed Esthetician and Manicurist with the State of Ohio. Although I am trained with Esthetics, I am mostly doing nail care services from pedicures to get your feet and toes pretty and prepped for sandals, to manicures and shellac gel polish applications. I also specialize in the SNS Dipping System which is a wonderful and unique color-wear application which gives the wearer the look and wearability of gel (maybe even better!) and the strength of acrylic, without the weight and damage acrylic can do to nails. SNS is fortified with vitamins and minerals to help strengthen and grow your nails and there are such gorgeous colors in the collection!
I currently work out of Mr O’s Nails Plus (Nails Creation in the Heinens Plaza) every day except Sunday. You can book an appointment with me online and I will be happy to take care of you!
Some of you may know me from the pageant world where I am a director, chaperone, advisor, and I hope, a mentor to the most amazing young ladies anyone could meet. I am privileged to work along side of Michelle Weswaldi, renowned Executive Director at Miss Teenage Canada and Miss World Canada where I get to help prepare girls for nationals. I manage their blog network which is anywhere from 60-120 blogs every year, between the 2 systems, and then I chaperone these awesome future leaders and role models at nationals and I love every second of it. I must have over 500 pageant ‘daughters’ now, and every year, I get more! I have earned the nickname ‘Fairy Squad Mother’ which I cherish.
I am the Model Manager at the Top Model Search Convention that takes place in Toronto. This convention started out with 20+ girls in 2014 and in 2 years grew to over 120 models, male and female! Many of the models TMSC discovered have been signed to major agencies all over the world and are currently working and thriving in the industry and I am so excited that we are going to be branching out into the USA soon and I will be able to bring some awesome US talent to the convention too!
Here at home, in the USA, I am honored to work along side of Britt Harrison, the Executive Director of Miss US International and Miss US Supranational and North America Beauty pageant systems. Britt invited me on board in 2014 in the role of Regional Manager for the Midwest and I now direct 9 states! Ohio of course, Michigan, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin are all in my territory which means I get to work with some gorgeous, smart, ambitious American ladies from the beautiful Midwest.
And some of you still may know me because I have designed and sewn a custom item for them. Sewing has been a passion of mine since I was very young. I created my first dress when I was about 6 years old. My mother and her friend were having tea and her friend gave me and my older sister scraps of fabric to play with our Barbies with, I asked for a needle and thread, she obliged, and I proceeded to make my baby sister a dress! Mom taught us all how to use the sewing machine, and my Nana, the town seamstress, taught me that only perfect will do. I love to design and create for myself and am thrilled to be able to do it for others. It is an incredible feeling to see something go from your minds eye to someone wearing it, especially when its being worn for a special occasion like a wedding or pageant or prom!!!
The links to the side will take you to one of the many places on the world wide web where you can see what I do; book an appointment to get pampered at the salon, buy Younique make up, order a custom made piece, or sign up to compete at a beauty pageant! You can find my Facebook link too and follow my pageant antics there, or just drop me a note via e-mail to day ‘Hi’ !!!
