Lead Time
Please note that there is a lead time of 3-4 weeks on all sashes. When you fill out the order form please put the date that you require it in your hand by. This will be the date that will determine production time and any rush fees that may be incurred.
We can typically get the orders out faster than 4 weeks, but please always allow yourself that time frame to ensure that your order is in your hands when you need it!
Regularly ordered items (28 days lead time) are shipped via USPS with a 3 day standard shipping to be delivered by your stated ‘in hand date’.
US SHIPPING FEES ARE ALWAYS INCLUDED. Sorry Canada, it’s nothing personal, it just costs more to ship to Canada!
Rush Fees
Any item that is needed in less than 4 weeks will incur rush fees, there are no exceptions as we have to re-arrange the production schedule to accommodate the rush orders.
